Sweatstoff bei Brother Innovis 20

Hallo,

ich bräuchte ein paar Tipps zur Verarbeitung von Sweat bzw. Jerseystoffen bei meiner Nähmaschine.

Und zwar habe ich das Problem, dass z. B. bei Sweatstoffen, der Geradstich aber auch der Zickzackstich -

der Faden auf der Rückseite des Stoffes Schlaufen zieht. Also der Stich wird teilweise ausgelassen bzw zieht

auf der Rückseite des Stoffes Schlaufen. Ich habe schon verschiedene Fadenspannungen probiert nichts bringt etwas.

Meine Nähmaschine hat auch leider keinen Oberstofftransport.

 

Habt ihr eine Idee wie ich das Problem beseitigen kann?

So etwas kann an der Nadel liegen, für Sweat ohne Elastananteil eignen sich Jerseynadeln in Stärke 80-90 am besten, für Sweat mit Elastananteil Stretch- oder Superstretch in Stärke 75-90. Zu dünne oder zu spitze Nadeln können Fehlstiche oder Schlaufen des Oberfadens auf der Stoffunterseite verursachen; ein Obertransport würde da nicht gegen helfen. 

Manchmal reicht es auch schon aus die Maschine gründlich zu reinigen, vor allem unter der Stichplatte setzt sich gern Staub fest, der dann auch solche Probleme verursachen kann.

Schau auch mal in die Bedienungsanleitung ob die Brother ab und an etwas Öl in der Greiferbahn benötigt.

danke Sabine für deine Antwort. Bei meiner Maschine kann man auch den Nähfussdruck nicht verstellen. Wäre das unbedingt notwendig für elastische Stoffe?

Ich schraube eigentlich nie am Nähfußdruck rum.

Wenn die Maschine die Lagen verschiebt hefte ich, wenn der Stoff dazu neigt sich beim nähen zu dehnen und dadurch Wellen entstehen lege ich ein Handmaß mit unter den Nähfuß wie auf dem Bild beim Reißverschluss einnähen.

Oft reicht es aber aus den Stoff rechts und links vom Nähfuß leicht gespannt zu führen.

Bei meiner kleinen AEG hat es geholfen, wenn ich die Oberfadenspannung gelockert habe. Du kannst es mit einem doppelt gelegten Stoffstück ausprobieren.
